yadobook is a guest registration service for accommodations in Japan. Before arriving, guests fill in the guest register on their smartphones from a URL or QR code for their room. At check-in, the staff only need to review what has been entered.

Features

Registration form in 14 languages: Including Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. The form is shown in the language of the guest's smartphone.
Passport photos on the spot: Foreign guests without an address in Japan can send a photo of their passport along with the passport number.
Fields for each type of accommodation: Supports the register fields for both hotels and inns (previous and next destination) and private lodging (occupation).
Email notifications: The accommodation receives an email each time a guest registers. The email contains no personal information about the guest.
Lists and CSV export: Review entries by arrival date and room, and export them as CSV.
Stored in Japan, deleted automatically: Registrations are stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo) and deleted automatically 3 years and 1 month after the departure date.
